Bloody hell Warp Portal...How i have no transaction history when i had VIP a few months back? Now i can't create characters because i can't use the slots because you guys don't want to take my money...fix this for the love of God..

Whatever, just used Paganet, no confirmation of purchase e-mail, as usual. If all planets allign the blackhole called Warpportal will deposit my 2000WP in more or less 3 bazillion years.

Sorry to hear that, can you please describe what happens when you attempt to use the Power Up option? Error messages or any of that sort would help to analyze and guide you through appropriately.
