All entries should be getting the participation prize of their choice unless they were PMed about being disqualified. If you didn't get a PM stating you were disqualified and have an entry posted, you should be getting the reward whenever the rewards are delivered to the appropriate accounts!

Got mine. Doesnt say it has stats when right clicking, but when you equip it gives +1 int +1 dex.

can some active mod help me out please? i want an answer... me and my wife got disqualified because more then 1 entry, she did one, so i. so what about it are double? i can live with 'you didnt won because someone other was better' but to say 'oh you and your wife posted something and now youi are both disqualified' that is really... frustating and make me somewhat angry.... i worked my ass off for that pic and so did she :/

 

and sorry. for bad language~

Edit : Apparently even our drawnings got deleted from this topic, can any mod explain? both of us did only one entry, and I got no problem in proving we're not the same person

There is something wrong with this system.  People's entries are being disqualified for no reason.  There is no message either.  What is going on?  Lots of people have worked hard to make their entries, mine included.  Something needs to be worked on in terms of the judging process.

For this issue please send a ticket addressed to Ragnarok Online - Events Department.

 

In the ticket message body explain that you are missing the participation prize, make sure to link in your entry. The GM staff will check the eligible listing on their end and assist accordingly.

I didn’t receive any awards... I posted in wrong post... But I and didn’t receive any PM about being disqualified and the informations in entrance are correct, the name of server, etc...  I lost my time making this...
