An NPC to can see what hour is in the server could be good to who live in another country.

Or you could just go to https://www.worldtimebuddy.com and put in PST

Or got to Adjust Time/Date settings in Windows and add an additional clock for UTC-8:00 Pacific Time. Then whenever you want to see the server's time all you have to do is click the time & date area on your taskbar.

I don't think you guys realize how stupid/lazy people are.  but those people also have money. So, Its always a smart idea to cater to them. I don't see how something this simple would not be implemented. Maybe thats why RO hasn't really grown in the west.

I actually think an ingame clock is a good idea. I mean, not an NPC for it, obviously, that'd be kinda dumb to go look for that one person to see the time.

 

However, a clock next to the minimap or some corner somewhere that tells you want time it is would help tremendously in gauging how much time you spend in the game. Or just to be able to see when exactly the maintenance is without having to do math in your head.

 

 

Or better yet, have chat time stamps.
