I keep dying as a noob. I dont have good gear to take the damage. I ve hundreds of HP AND SP pots that do not help. I use backslide but the monster kill me with 1-2 hits. I don't know how am I suppose to go through and maze and change into a rogue.....

should be really easy even with eden gears,

 

most of us start this game with no gear,

 

 

patience is the key, just hide and wait till they go off screen, then run

i dont even know how to backslide back then.

When I hide the monsters just hang around me and when I unhide I get hit and die.

Im out of zeny for pots and fly wings now! I watched a few videos on youtube and it seems like a piece of cake. I honestly think its harder than it should be ... There always a monster that appears and 1 hit me without given me enough time to press hide.

there is a muff card u can walk while hiding....

if  u can not afford, at least use alt acct wth aco to help u warp and heal

while walking if u see AK and hide.. the first 2 case, it is safe till ak walk away.

the 3rd encounter.. u want to be real careful to approal certain spot and wait longer.

The trick is Agi UP and going close to the walls, if you follow the map on the irowiki guide you should get it done.

As others have suggested, stick to the wall, pop an Authoritative Badge/ Free Eden Agi Scroll, navi and run like your life depended on it.

/navi in_rogue 363/122 when you enter that inside the map, you should be able to see an arrow guide to the end. Do not engage any of the mobs.

I used to do the same for the hidden maze at Monk's and Assassin Job Change. Navi cheats, Navi saves, Navi wins.
