I have been leveling my chars, but I have noticed that my Chars from the WP accounts get more exp rewards from Grampa comparing with the steam account (Both are VIP)... I thought it was just my imagination but I did a TI with two of my chars almost in the same lvl one 127  (steam account) and other lvl 128 (warpportal account), at the end when I TId the quest with Gramps the one at 127 managed to go to 128 and the one at 128 went to 130 almost 131 (both TI were delivered with BMx3). Can somebody explain to me why is this? its just me or more ppl has the same issue?

It's because Steam taxes everything related to RO, even the exp you get in game.

As you level, you'll require a lot more exp to level up. A level 1 novice would only need so little exp to level, and a level 128 requires a heck lot more. It is for this reason that the higher level character levels slower.

 

 

Another thing to note is the monster's exp penalty.

It was the other way around the one that was 128 got way more experience that the one that was 127.

Look up the monster's level here :

Then see if you were less than 15 levels below for the penalty.

According with the explanation both should have received 100% of the experience for Frus and 40% for the ancient tree (as both chars were 16lvls below it)... So technically if both VIP are the same they should have increased the exp in equal manner...but they didn't. V

There shouldn't be differences in terms of VIP bonus between Steam and WP created accounts.

The next time it happens, please note down the EXP gained in the battle window from the Turn In, and start /end of EXP for both characters.

Highly likely that the level 128 character leveled up during the run and got the full exp out of it, whereas the lower level one struggles with the exp penalty still.
