So I just noticed now that I also did not receive the hebarn's winter domination box but I did receive the Arua one. also tried to send ticket but no confirmation that the ticket was sent and I was on an endless loop of submitting a ticket with no confirmation that it was received or I was missing something that is why it did not send.

 

 

If you are still experiencing the issue, try to register a support account as it will keep track of all tickets you have sent in under the email you use to register for the account. If you are still experiencing issues sending in a ticket despite setting up a support account please let me know so I can inquire with the support team.

Was better with that event on , i made 2 character to 250 in 1/2 days , now? i keep spamimg solo on all maps , doing quest in eldeon using 6hr sigil+costume+wings and NO ONE LVL-ing in 3/4day already .... now the lvling game is death !@@@@@@ what shold i do? i spended 4x6hr sigil and only lvl 155 gg!

..... used to take about a month just to get to level 100. You're lucky.

Just wait for the next 3x exp bonus weekend. Maybe people are going to level then.
