also add raydric/DR effect to make it more OP and all of its full effect activates at +15 so people who buy it need to invest much cash shop ores to gain almighty power and WP will rake more profits

Hero cape is making Raydric card turns into DR card without elemental penalty

Hero Cape at +10 only provides 44% neutral resist with raydric card, at +18 its only 47% neutral resist and I don't know if people prefer to invest that much on this garment instead of DR etran

 

you can get no elemental penalty at 0 refine etran garment nowadays and anti knockback effect from sieg helm at +8 which is cheapest compared to getting it +10 or getting immune hero cape at +10 to be carded with raydric

Ofc DR etran making hero cape obsolote. Nothing to dislike about DR etran:
No elemental penalty
Anti knock back
20% HP

Wait till they introduce an elemental phys negation through mouth or shield. Shield would be good and comboed with gtb. Nobody can touch you.

I would say try that nobody can touch you in WoE but this is 2018 and seems like the last organized WoE guild just quit ... I say you're right. Nobody now can touch you in PvM and WoE lol

with Veteran Sword => Bowling Bash damage + 300%

with Veteran Axe => Axe Tornado damage + 60%, reduces Axe Tornado cooldown

with Veteran Hammer => Holy Cross damage + 150%, atk/matk + 20%

 

 

its not op because you are losing temporal boots and cant use high lv weapons ( lindy hop, crimson series etc )

cannot hit Holy property, the author is also using Holy property to make the backslash damage misses

except our bowling bash is custom nerfed. if we can get that dumb 0.5s cd off it’ll be great with these gears.
