It's about time.

 

After RG getting soon the 3rd Imperial Item. (My bet is Imp Feather in the next box) its time to buff DB RKs.

 

I love my RK and mine is well geared. Also can achieve already instant cast with 100 acd and 193 aspd.

(Also 0 luk with Bio5 enchant).

 

 

If I see what other chars can do now with Tengu, Blacksmiths gloves, Celines, etc. It's just fair to increase RKs.

 

 

Also I was able to test a +20% hp increase with the new recovery ring wich showed me one thing: Even Bio5 hat would have low impact in DMG increase cause of diminishing return.

(Still have the enchant btw and vasted ~360 fragments so far)
