I tried today to enter the i instance dungeon about 5.20 PM (Nickname - Merroks [Shadow chaser 175/52]) and can't enter, but after dungeon close about 10 minutes i start new quest with Nillem. After that i go in and always disconected (I think I'm stuck).  Then I changed the character and tried the same approach in Room of Consciousness (Nickname - [Merroks]). With that character no problems and i do that quest as well. Please help pull out my Shadow Chaser. Thanks.

I suggest you do a recording and send it to the warpportal support

Update:

The GM staff has released your character from the instance, you should be able to log back in on Merroks.
