Please compensate with enriched hammer event, I made 3 +10 items with blacksmith blessing this morning cause the RNG gods were kind to me at last and now they will now magically disappear forever. If anyone else had same issue please submit ticket.

Back to the Thread, Any ETA on the "Emergency Maintenance" How much time can take to backup a DB, wipe the production DB, make a restore, see WTF happen with the previous one, Activate Exp event and restore +1 VIP Day to VIP accounts affected.

 

Maybe we are asking a lot but, we are gamers and we paid your salary and taxes, we deserve a better service if we are taking care of your incomes, your family, your kids education and your future. We deserve the right to known the progress, we deserve the right to get updates in time, the right to have a game without cheaters and the right to have a staff who acomplish with what they have said before talking about implementations and secutiry updates/fixes.

Camp, while the rollback is quite annoying (one of my chars got rolled back to being 174 again after I leveled it to 175) and the compensation partially offsets this annoyance, will you be returning stuff that's missing after the rollback? My char should be under the effects of BMX at 9:45 and leveling in NCT. Upon logging in, it's in NCT but missing the effects of BMX. I had to pop another one because of this freakin' issue. While this value is small, I just want you to set things right.

How dare I be forced out of my catatonic credit card swiping state! Hi! Unfortunately I do not believe right now is a good time to run the refine event. If there are other events you are interested in we would be willing to turn them on. But that one is not feasible at this time.

 

Can always turn on Generous Hammer. Its a refine 'event'. Free service charge, just no better rates. 

 

Anyway, it reset to the point after I enter ET but haven't finish the run, and ashes are long expired so no re-entering (have to airlift it out too).

 

Guess I just have to forgo this run and continue with the rest.

 

And thanks for the exp and drop rate increase to 100%
