Dual Wield  = you can put more cards on it  

Full leech like my previous reply =    3x HF on RTE  +  4x HF on Valk Knife   = HP always full     

I can save a lot of pots  , waste only SP pots if SP leech from gears don't proc....

or if you want more dmg    3x HF RTE  or  2x HF Crimson Sabre (I'll get the Holy one  for Shadow mobs)    on right hand
  and  4x race dmg  on 4 slots knife  /  4x AKs for MVPs   on  left hand

so you can do high dmg per MA and can leech HP back....

 

Note :  Main weapon I picked Sword because most mobs are medium size  and better damage on large size compare to dagger

and I don't rely on auto attack with this build , maybe need ASPD for reduce motion delay....

Nice suggestion using Crimson Sabres    Haven't tried Enforcer Shoes yet since I'm still farming for it via GFSS

Now I'm leveling Nogg  I can one shot everything with this set up 

My dmg in Nogg at this level :    25k on fire mobs   15k on Nightmare Terror


Triple Malicious BTE  = Water element  for Nogg mobs  +  3 slots for Hunter Fly 

Off hand  I used  Quad Hallowed  Cutter  (It's cheap   ,  I'll make  Quad Insecticide for Scarabas / Quad Beholder for NCT  later)

because I need more damage on Nightmare Terror (Shadow 3 that's take 50% dmg from Water)



I never run out of potions   , grinding and greed till I'm reach 90% weight limit or out of Fly Wings 

 

 

but if I want dmg on Shadow   I'll try  high upgrade Holy Crimson Sabre  with 2x Hunter Flies  


FYI :  Why I use Imperial Glove ? =  because  MA cast can be interupt 

  and Imperial Glove alone can prevent cast interupt   ,  no slower cast penalty like Phen card 
 also  give  5% ATK + 1 Slot (I'll leave it clean or put GS on it)       so MA GX can get benefit from it....

 

but on left slot .... I just borrow Celine Brooch from my WL  for  Max SP , flat ASPD   

I have no idea what accessory to get it ....  maybe BS Glove or Giant Protection (If I go for 120 STR)  later ....

damn i just want an enforcer shoes for my RC GX. -_-in RNG 50 pcs of boxes opened and not even a single enforcer shoes.

For DD crit, will the 20% bypass and 20% attack be better than the 30% crit damage boost from temp luk boots?

In what I see in previous comments, temp luk is still better for DD crit.

If you're DD crit  >  Temp Luk 

If you're focus on AoE leveling  without EDP  /  leveling with  DD or Sword+Dagger (reason like I said before)  > Enforcer   

If you're always use EDP  (rich enough , who care ?)  + Katar  >  RC build  >  Temp Str

single +7 Enforcer shoes avg price in Eden   2b  =  28.5k EDP used  (70k per bottle , Ragial avg price)

Except that edp is consumable and you can re-sell enforcer shoes which will most likely go up in price as the OCP leaves.

1b in EDP is actually more expensive than 2b spent for +7 enforcer shoes.

 

Btw, has anybody tried using MA for leveling in NCT? And does one need to have full delay reduction gears and 190+ aspd to make use of the MA enforcer set-up?

you dont even need delay reduction gears for >190 aspd when the FCT is there

wear a phen & you are good to go!

Just bring a maestro with you for strings and focus on hp/sp leech and damage.

I mean won't phen reduce the 105% cast time reduction from enforcer? (i.e. leaving you with 75% VCT redux) Or will the damage boost be enough for leveling? Will enforcer cape + new wave sunglasses + medical scrub provide any significant spammability?

what makes you think that using MA is any different from using RC? both skills work the same way, aoe skills around you, that just use different weapons.

I think there is no problem with it, GX are sly to be even hit/interrupted by Bells.
