hi guys i cant log in my account im just new to this game it says "NO MSG (5201) can someone help me please.

Greetings,

If playing on Re:Start, please make sure that you are using Re:start client and correct RE:Start account ID.

 
How to verify type of account:

  • Log on your Warpportal master account [link].
  • After logging in, from the left panel click on Account Information.
  • Note the account ID and the type of the game ID.
    For Restart: xBc6xKA.png
    For Renewal/Classic: kgNYiTz.png
     
  • To use the Restart ID please use Ragnarok Restart game client [download link].
  • To use the Renewal/Classic ID please use the appropriate executable of the client [download link].
    Ragnarok.exe for Renewal
    ClassicRO.exe for Classic
