With the gears I posted, I was able to achieve instant cast. Just needed +10 Dex foods or a Priest class on standby.

Dont you have a long cast time with the gears you posted?
noup I test with new stat build similar to Nirvanna stats build can archive insta cast with +10 dex foods and thats all can reach 186 aspd with awakening and with arclouse dash lvl 5 or swing song lvl 5 archive 193 aspd
