Was about to ask the same question. the NPC wasn't stated but I suspect the NPC would be in Malangdo since it takes silvervine?

Was the Super Cute Dog costume effect fixed? I did some tests with my 86 vit LK

 

- No costume: ~360 HP

- With costume: ~1200 HP

- With costume + 2x Hell Poodle card: ~2000ish HP

 

As for my calcs, that's nowhere near 2018%... >w>

All reduce cast including variable and fixed cast reduction in the survivor set is not working. I tried Cloak of survival[1] and orb combo. The Cast is worst. Did you really fix the set?

i Dont have that card Camp. I just test my psychic wave with the orb and cloak combo and my previous set FAW spell +mob scarf combo and the cast is still the same

yes the orb is at lower HG. I just did a test where My first set is the survivor set and the second set is mob scarf set (previous set) and the result of my test is that there is no change in survivor set it even gets worst when i use the set.the fixed and variable cast reduction is not working in that set.

Considering Psychic Wave having a short Fixed Cast and Long Variable cast, isn't it natural the Spell FAW which already have 30% VCT be faster than the survivor set?

 

On another topic the Survivor Circlet and Survivor Rod Matk isn't working yet right?
