basically any lvl200+ mob with stars will drop them right? its just a matter of the drop rates and the spawn time of said mobs

I think should share the spot to all players since peoples started botting and KSing at Prison 5651,5271 the mobs in that room are all Captain class. They drop S, L and Dust. Use the as the basic for your searching for better spots ....Happy Farming !
