Greetings Roserians!
People often draw strength and wisdom from myths that are passed down through the ages. Now bring your favorite myths to life, and to battle, with ROSE Online’s first Weapon Design Contest! Create weapon designs based off of your favorite myth or legend! The design can draw inspiration from elements of the myth, or even the heroes/villains from the tale!

Submissions
Weapon Design Contests will work very similar to the Costume Design Contests. Entries can be hand drawn, created with a tablet and image editing software, or created through use of 3D models. If you have any specific colors in mind for your creation please make sure to include those as well! Please make sure to include the name of your weapons as well as your in game name with your entry!
Weapon designs must be an original creation by the submitting player. They should also match the current monthly theme. While designs may be inspired by other’s art, weapons that are not the original creation of the submitting player or are only slightly modified versions of another’s design will be disqualified.

Results
This contest will run from 03/01/2018 – 04/13/2018. The ROSE Team will pick the winning weapon designs to be created in game and the winners will be announced the following week. There will be a winner chosen for each weapon type.
Prize
The player of the chosen weapon design will not only receive the weapons in game once it is created, but they will also receive a 1000 IM Point prize! Winners are also able to choose if they would like their name to appear on the weapons' description to be immortalized forever for their concept in game. If you wish for your name to be on the weapons' description, we will request that you let us know in a pm once the contest is complete and the winners have been announced.
*If you have an idea for a future theme you would like to see implemented, just send a PM and let me know! In addition, weapon designs that do not fit this theme are welcome in this section as well; all weapon designs are looked at by the ROSE Team for consideration to be used for future designs.
** Please know that weapons that have been lifted from other artists (such as artists found on deviantart), even if you change the colors or add your own designs to them will not qualify unless you have received that artists approval and can provide proof of that approval. We have received designs in the past that have been lifted from other artists. Posts containing another artists’ work, or designs from another game will be removed from this thread.
