Anyone can explain what happen to my account?

I'm not doing anything and suddenly
my account was disconnect when I try to login
it say "Incorrect Password." I though my account
have been hack so i try to change the password
but in my warpportal account it the same they said
is incorrect password. so I try to click forgot
password and go in my email and I change the password
then when I try to log in again it said my account is
blocked why and what happened there? I need an
explanation. I'm stressed here. before that there a
player name >snip< in adventureplains

its a newbie I'm not sure the name
because when he give me a trade request is did
not appeared in the chat box.
i know when who want to trade it is appeared in
the chat box but he is not. I just found out that
he was when i log in my second character in
the same account he did a request again he give
me a 24box of farmer something.
i suppect that he is the one who hacked my account
but how? and why my account is blocked.
there anyone give me an explanation. and when im log in
my another account he is gone but there is a newbie
name >snip< and random number name in thesame spot
where he was. I already submit a ticket but I need

a explanation there anyone can explain.

Sorry you re having this issue. I had to edit your post because calling out other players is not allowed per the forum rules.


You mentioned that you've already made a ticket.  If you do not have a support account, you can create one here by clicking on "Register".  A support account will allow you to view and reply to your ticket at the website rather than waiting for an email.
