As the title says, I job changed at level 40 as a shaman, and there was no reward like for the other classes... No inventory expand and worst of all, no skill reset scroll... Just wanted to know if it's intended or is it a bug?

There is you just gotta pick it up by Pablo in Libra mate. Or not sure if drakans had something changed ( doubt it ) but if its not there then it will be surely in Kazeura village where you started the quest.

You have to do Lavalon to get the happy jobchange quest

Ahh thanks, it was the lavalon quest... finally got down to doing the main quests and "happy job change" appeared at pablo. Thanks guys!
Edit 1: Turns out the skill reset was given, I just missed it cuz it wasn't in the IM inventory. It was in the consumptions inventory. It came when I finished the initial job change quest.
