Disconnecting when teleporting

What's up with the server right now? Am I the only one experiencing this? If I go to a portal or teleport somewhere I got disconnected.

Hello,

 

Possibly due to an issue with the network. If connecting to game through a proxy service try without.

Also make sure the game client is updated to the latest by running the patcher as admin.

Nevermind :v My account got suspended without prior notice or whatsoever. I've been grinding for days and that just happened. I'll quit for good. Lol

Sorry to hear that.

While discussing account suspension is not permitted on forums, I strongly advice to contact the GM staff to get the issue of the account status looked into.

Kindly know that, an account ID will not be suspended for no apparent reason.

 

To send a ticket on the issue, follow the steps below.

 

  • Go to Warpportal Support page [here].
  • Click on Submit a Ticket.
  • Choose Ragnarok Online from Department.
  • Click Next.
  • Choose Account Recovery as type of ticket.
  • Add the other important information as required.
  • Make sure to enter a valid email to get ticket updates.
  • In the Message Body make sure to state the ID of the account with issue and the error message (screenshot of the error preferred).
  • Add any other information you find necessary.
  • Send the ticket.

A GM staff representative will contact you through email within hours to 2 days (on average) from sending the ticket.
