Hello 

i just checked this one, Valkyrie's Drop has new bug that reduces your Fixed Cast by 50%

 

Valkyrie's Drop Should reduce Oratio Fixed Cast Time by 100% NOT reducing all skills fixed cast time by 50%!!!

 

as example, i used Rebellion here cause all their skills have long fixed cast like Mass Spiral

i saw the big different when using VDrop 

 

Mind you on this test,  i use Temporal Str, not Temporal Dex. ( cause i dont use that boots at all lol )

WP  rather than give us an item with this "bug" effect., please just include Fenrir Card in next OCP Box with 0.25% rate

i would buy without thinking,

and thats legal cause i dont wanna build my character based on Exploits.

Dear, why did you wear two Valkyrie Drop. You know well that FCT % doesn't stack.... Unless they suddenly stack. 

 

This isn't a critical bug right? Since we get similar effect from Sacra, Celine brooch + ribbon Combo and Fenrir Scrolls.

you keep your Bio5 hat, and sacrifice one acc slot to get -50% fixed cast, thats still pretty good trade

Despite of complaints, I dont think there has been a single OCP that can actually replaces the MvP card. All of them only partially offer a small substitution effect. This game is farm from P2W.

Just like having priest perma secra you.not harmful at all. I think what they did is actually intended since they cant reduce fixed ccasttime of oratio. Pretty good trade

you cant let this slide if WP butchered Excellion Shield and also nerfing Enforcer Shoes

when you say there are few items that give 50% fixed cast,

so does with def piercing.

 

at least they should be consistent  with it

and this one it is not real effect, this is BUG

 

this is supposed to be AB's Buff, and it becomes BUG that everyone happy with it.

Enforcer shoes should give at least 50% bypass. That's a fact, 20% isn't much and it is only viable to GX. Moving along.

 

I don't care if it's 50% fixed reduct, it doesn't stack and Fenrir still is better than it by 20%. Celine Brooch + Ribbon Combo also gives 50% reduction, so does Survivor's Set.

 

If we were going to complain, it would have been with Celine Brooch, since it was the first to offer this.

 

But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what happens. The game is broken as -_- anyways.

i had faith on WP now i feel betrayed with these all lol

You Fixed The Def penetration? you sure?...

 

Every item that has def pene is not working when it exceeds 100 percent... those items are intended to stack because that's how they we're made if exceeds the limit it will miss...

 

Setting the Def penetration to 100 percent is not a good idea because most of the items are made for def penetration like Abusive, Pdemon, BSG, Enforcer Shoes and KVM weapons...

 

You just made the wrong decision to fixed the def pene to 100 percent because it will make other items CRAP!....

 

I think you should just cap def penetration to 175-225 because that is the most those gears with def pene will reach!

Why rant about a 50% fixed cast time replacing fenrir when we had secra all along. It was never a replacement for fenrir card

Edit: and it is actually good now that WP/kRO gives replacement for the effects working which most are happy with. This isnt even near the def pen bug that we had

Note that Valk's drop level req. is 100. This items wont be able to use in WoE TE which is the only place where Fenrir card shrines anyway. In PvM, hello ... AB lol
