POWER UP USING CREDIT CARD

Hi,

 

Been trying to power up my account using my credit card. But your system keeps on telling me that you cannot process my request. What seems to be the problem?

No, I've been using the same method every time. I'm using Xolla as my option.

Are you using the same device/connection from the times where the payments went through? Two things come to mind, geographic relocation may trigger something on their end or the card is getting rejected.
