I was doing a ET run. I got back to town since I ran out of supplies and when I got back I got a message saying that there were some error(don't remember the exact wording) with the memorial dungeon and I got promptly disconnected. When I logged back on my memorial dungeon is gone and can't enter ET anymore. 

 

Edit: the message was: A system error has occurred in the memorial dungeon. Please relog in to the game to continue playing.

ooh, maybe this is why my freshly made ET instance at second floor teleported me straight to level 51. Didn't even see my beloved GTB.
