The reservation keeps cancelling when I try to start it.

 

"The Memorial Dungeon reservation has been cancelled".

 

First time ever getting that.

Could be related to the issue here.

See if re-creating the party resolves it.

Turns out 15 or so attempts later it completed the reservation. I'll try the party thing though.

Did you just finished another instance? If you still have a cool down from another instance you can’t reserve another instance. All you need is break party and remake. If you don’t want to wait that 5mins window.

it's happen to me too couple times, sometimes the timer already started but my char still outside instance.

I'd suggest you to recreate the party with different name if your reservation cancelled more than once.

I had a hard time getting inside Bijou too. Have you tried talking to her? Maybe giving her flowers? She may get deeply jealous if you keep giving flowers to the prisioner instead of her.
