Hello I was wondering about my damage on Ice Titan, CI can do 11k damage without endow and as far as I know with endow wind element damage will double on monster with Water3 element. But I'm only doing 17.5k to 18k damage with endow. I'm using +5 icepick rt hand and +10 quad Saharic main gauche on left. Please help, anyone knows why?

Try swapping hands, Place the Icepick in the Left (Offhand) and the Carded weapon in the Main Hand. See if that Bumps it up for you.

Thats cauz endow now only affects ur weapon atk dmg not ur total dmg and also always hold the weapon wid higher base atk power in ur right hand and use scalpel wid ip to increase ur dmg. mg is not that great in renewal cauz cards now only affect ur weapon atk just like endow....

try wind swords on main hand, cuz titans are 50% to daggers ..
And really your Main Gauche weapon damage is actually 0.5*(63*1.8)=56.7, where a +7 vvs wind Tsurugi would do 0.75*(165*2)=247 weapon damage
