I dont know how to use a VPN/Proxy, i'm from Brazil and I started to having this problem yesterday when the server got reseted and added the 50% exp bonus, and today still the same thing, sometimes i can log in, sometimes i can't, and now i was doing the Warlock job change quest, and I'm freezed in the "Please wait..." window for teleporting to the Warlock Room. How can i solve this?

Choose Trial membership, follow the installation instructions under Setup page, it should be self explanatory.

After launching the application, connect to any US west coast server, Central and Eastern work too.

 

You need to have the game client OFF first before connecting to the proxy.

I have the same issue. I have as ISP Movistar and Im fron south america, hope it helps :)

Still the same connectivity problem, 24 hours later. 

I cant really play at all.

Same here, tried to reinstall the game and now it simply doesn't want to update, it keeps telling me that it has finished but it didn't, the game should download every 2017 update and some of this year, Warpportal, STOP TELLING US THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON OUR ISP, IT'S NOT AND YOU KNOW IT...
I Know you can't do much Cinnamon, but please stop telling us that the problem is on US, it's getting on my nerves  :wall:

The servers are not blocking connections, highly likely it is a technical issue between WP and said ISP(s) preventing users from connecting. While WP cannot directly fix this, sending tickets with traceroute logs would help as they will be forwarded to the appropriate departments.

Seventy-Two hours later, still having this problem, i can't believe it's almost maint time and i won't be able to buy the mask for 300m, someone please kill me

Users connecting from VIVO and Movistar, please try to access game server, see if you can login without issues.
