[Resolved] When will I get my returned KP ? TwT

So sad ...... 

I'm waiting for 2 days after latest emergency maintainance  I still don't get  KP back

 

 

 

the case is 

 

I spent 1800 KP to buy 6 OCPs  
before last emergency maintainance 

and opened it  (I remembered that I got all bad items  like  BB , Oda ,  Demongod ring , Soyga) 

 

maybe I purchased 1800 KP at 
04/19/2018 2:48 AM PST
 

so that's mean it's in the period time that can be rollback   including return purchased KP

Character Data was rolled back to 8:56PM PST 4/18/2018.

Any Kafra Purchases made between 8:56pm PST and now will be returned as Kafra Points.

 

 

 

 

and I expected that I should get KP back yesterday

KP cannot be returned now, but will be later in the day some time tomorrow. 

 

 

 

but still not.....

 

no returning KP yet.....   , checked my inventory  of course  no purchased OCP or items I mentioned before   

 

that's mean I lost all 1800 KP  

 

 

 

 

I sent ticket  2 times 

 

 for the first time  I've got reply that  I should read the mentioned topic , no another reply

 

 

but now the followed  topic closed , I wait one more day   and sent second ticket  (to make sure that my case is still active or in progress)   

 

but now no response about the progress  

 

 

I'm pretty serious .....  , lost a lot of patience....

 

so now , I'll stop to add more WPE or spend more KP for a while  till I got my KP back :<  

 

hope it should be fixed asap......     TwT

They should have made sure you got your KP back before closing the ticket. There's no quality control in WP's customer service I tell ya.

Hello,

 

Firstly, please do not send multiple tickets of the same, doing so will slow down your response times.

Note that, a ticket will automatically close if the user chose not to respond to a GM, also you can always re-open the ticket by making a new response on the same ticket.

 

PM me your ticket number, I will forward it to the GM staff for review.

I have been informed by Campitor that the KP has been returned to affected accounts.

FYI, this only applies to purchases made on Chaos renewal server and during the technical issue.

 

NekoCaptainNoob,

The staff will check your ID but that has to wait till Monday.
