portal to next floor doesnt spawn after clearing the floor. Is this a server issue?

Hello,

 

Normally does not occur unless the monsters were removed from the map through unintended means, such as killing them through DoTs, homunculus/mercenary or by removing the monster through pet tame. I am not really sure however which applies perfectly for ET instance dungeon, if you can describe your method of hunting to reach that point it would help.

it was on gtb floor 5. i acid bombed gtb when it spawned then it died then the yellow announcement said the floor is clear. waited where the portal usually appears cause i thought there was a delay but after 5 min waiting nothing happened

If you may, attempt another run, take a replay video using in-game record feature [fan page link], see if it occurs, if it does share it here or private message me the video.

If anyone else is having the same issue please post here.

the rest of the runs had no issues. ill make sure to take screenies when it happens again
