Step by Step Guide

 

Step 1: When your game client crashes due to the group crash bug, leave the error there (DO NOT CLOSE THE CLIENT).

 

Step 2: Open your task manager, go to the processes tab. Locate your Rose client and right-click on it

and click Create Dump File(wait for it to be created,It will tell you the location of the file created)

 

Step 3: Go to that location given, which is usually C:\Users\charl\AppData\Local\Temp.

 

Step 4: All done. The file needed is located there. (To open a dump file, you can use Notepad++)

 

Step 5: Send it in. ( I do not really think this will help get it fixed, but its worth a try)

Genesis has replied in this thread regarding the crash dumps with information on how he wants it handled.  Anyone who wants to submit a report should refer to his post in that thread
