Is there I can do to fix this?, every time I alt-tab and back to the game all I can see is black.

 

I also keep getting this sprite missing error about seraphin something, please help.

What is your Graphic Card and OS?

Did you try to change the graphic settings in Setup.exe? Such as, if your graphic card is selected, try the first 2 options.

My graphic card is integrated (recently my VGA card dies) and I need decide to switch the monitor to integrated vga (mother board build in), already use/instal the CD (coming with the motherboard), and uninstall any related program to the previous VGA (Nvidia).

 

My OS is............ Windows XP.

 

try to change the setting in setup.exe but I got instant error message

 

 

I think I found the solution:

 

I have come across the same problem as OP, while using the same OS, Win XP Sp3.

Solution for this matter is actually quite simple:

Right click on setup.exe, properties, compatibility tab, and set it at windows 98/ME. Hit ok and it should run without the error.

Hopefully it'll work for you too!

 

problem solved, what I need to do is go to my desktop, right click >>> properties >>> setting and change the color to 16 bit.
