i try answer a ticket a time ago, i was tired of waiting, then i send another one, but then i realize i dont get the automatic mail than you get every time you send any ticket and that is happen with any ticket i try to send, so the ticket system is workking just fine or there is any problem? i just want to know.

Hello,

 

The final step in sending a ticket is 2 steps away actually, you will have to confirm the submit button. Once that's done you will get a confirmation on email as well as a ticket number that will be displayed on your screen.

 

If there is no email from WP then, it could be either:

  • The email used is incorrect.
  • The ticket was not submitted correctly.
  • The email was sent to the junk/spam folder.

It is important to note that, sending multiple tickets of the same is not suggested, doing so will slow down the ticket handling. Please wait first for a GM response as it may take anywhere between hours to 2 days on average. However, if the waiting time is extremely lengthy then please contact the VMod team, provided that you have the ticket number.

The ticket system is definitely working, just when you will get a response is tricky. It has been suggested that response time is much faster, if you have paid thousands of dollars on WPE.

Please do not spread false information.

To my knowledge, the tickets go through a queue system or in other words, first come first serve system, it will not check how much an account has spent in game.

Yeah i press submit button and get my ID ticket

 

the email was correct

i check all info in the ticket 3 times and send properly fine

i already check the spam folder and nothing

 

thats why i post here about if there any chance the ticket system was working just fine or dont

Who is your email provider? You can PM me the ticket number.

There seems to be an issue with the notifications sent to emails. The staff are now aware and looking into it.

For the time being, please use WP support page to check a ticket's status. This requires a standalone Support Account.

I will link below a guide on how to create a support account and send a ticket, please make sure to read through the steps carefully.

 

Remember that, you can always view tickets submitted without a Support Account by knowing their number and email used.

The option is called Ticket Lookup and is found in View Tickets page, right after logging into the support account.
