ye it's not giving any reward, no exp/job and no announcement. it's a bug. RIP Celine Kimi MCAs

I Did Central LAb and some dungeon MVPs.. i can see Their HP, no mvp rewards..the game didnt even congratulate me

Anyway i hope it get fix and some drop mod as compensations for the lost rewards

I have been informed users experiencing the issue on Thor server to send in a ticket under Bug Reports department.

In the ticket please provide the following:
 

• Name of mob with issue (please do not abbreviate the name).
• Location (type /where in game to get exact location).
• Issue (describe the issue properly).
• Time of Issue (you can safely say started after May 3rd Renewal maintenance).

Of course remember to add the other necessary information in the ticket.

lol..ticket?  seriously......its all MVP , all mvp map,dungeon,instance.....

be ready to be flooded by tickets then...or not..since its thor. 

Most thor players prolly clueless about this thread.

Yup not working...tried the toxic chimre theres a tomb but can see his hp bar and no mvp rewards..RIP hourly MCA u will be missed

same with endless tower, the MVPs dont give "MVP Rewards" and a MVP Icon on top of the Killer and their HP bar is visible, I just wasted my Endless Tower Run with this bugged

Its a server wide bug with all MVP affected and they want us to file a ticket with exact location

 

The fate of Thor's MVP rewards lies within our hands

Fellow users, 
I understand your concern, however, I have been informed through a higher authority to report the issue through a ticket.
 
You do not have to send a ticket if you do not want to but normally, things will have to be recorded and logged on the system to proceed forward with the fixing. You and I clearly know what is the issue but we must be thorough with the reports sent to the team.

 

Update:

The issue is now with RO1 Team.

You may now send a ticket only if you have further concerns about the issue.

 

 

 

We will keep you posted as soon as we hear an update from the staff.

I don't feel like sending a ticket. But I've finished central lab several minutes ago. Got no mvp reward from White Lady & Evil Snake Lord. First monster was a toad wow
