Hi, Is there a guide for creation/leveling up of guild in this section? I mean I was able to checkout the NPC that you can create a guild with however, I dunno how to activate the guild skills. I tried leveling up the guild by a few levels and it is only giving me the option to learn the skills on the left side of it. Are there special items I need to get the right side skills. Second, at what level can I use guild storage? And how to open it? Thanks.

1) Guild skills on the right side are obtained with "Guild Skill" books found on Prontera Fortress (PVP map). They drop off the sheep monsters in the top left area. You have to use the level 1 book first before you can use level 2 and so on up to level 7. 
2) I believe it's around guild level 20 or 21 before you have enough skill points to unlock the storage option. After that, you can open it via the Guild NPC.

Please note that Shabby Ancient Document drops from any monster NPC in both Prontera Battlefield and Morroc Fortress (excluding Guardian NPCs).

What is the name of the item I need to loot? is it called " Guild skill book " name of the item? So even if guild is level 1 it is possible to max all skills then? All I loot from "Snowy = sheep" are hard stoney fragments, am I suppose to use ML1 to farm these? Cuz im using my ML40 right now.

As scocca said, the item is called "shabby ancient document". You need to use "ease restore equipment" that can be purchased from any of the Kafra ladies (costs 100z I think) to open the documents and you'll get a random guild skill book of a random level, weighted towards lower level books of course.

 

Example of Guild Skill books names so you can search auction house
Guild skill book (Pierce eye Volume 1 )
Guild skill book (Strike a vital point Volume 1 )

 

Yes you can max all those right-side skills even at guild level 1.

 

It is up to you whether or not you want to use ML1. They should have a fairly high drop rate but if the 80% drop rate penalty bothers you then sure go ahead and use ML1.
