just lost my +9 physical set and a GFSS with good enchant. already filed a report. just wanted to inform

 

here's how it happened

 

-player 1 initiated deal

-player 2 accepted

-player 1 puts the item in the deal window

-player 1 has a pet hatched and was returned to eggshell status because it was supposed to be included in the deal

-all the item in the trade window vanished as soon as the pet was returned into an egg

I just tested this out and didn't lost any item. Tried it both on a Whisper and an Incubus Pet. Hmm

Campitor is not available right now but I have left a message for him about this. Has anyone been able to reproduce this bug yet? Which pet was involved?

I don't think I want to try and replicate it, I'd think of trying to replicate it on sakray but Sakray doesn't always follow the same rules as the main servers in a lot of different ways, so might not be 100% accurate, or I could maybe try with crap items like apples...

Was definitely hoping players would be using crap items like NPCable crap loots or apples! Please do not risk actual gear.

Inb4 - Lost all my MvP's/Gods trying to duplicate error

 

Edit: Unable to replicate it at any stage of the trade (both players having ok, 1 only at ok, each one at trade key and etc, etc)

What pet was it?

Also did both sides put items into the trade? Was only trying with items in 1 side of the trade. and if it was a 1 sided trade, might want to make sure you didn't accidentally hit trade and give them your items?

(And did the trade forcibly close as the pet was put away? Doesn't do that for me)

And I'm testing w/ a green maiden pet

If you were at max and the egg was brought into your inventory and the trade force closed from the pet being put away I wonder if this could cause issues with the items being returned.

IIRC pet eggs still hold a slot in your inventory even when they are hatched, not sure but I think they do, but Ig that will be part of my next test

Edit: tested 2 things, yes pet egg takes an invisible inventory psot when hatched and tested with full inventory and still didn't work

the inventory capacity is nowhere near max. and yes, the items just vanished. but the trade window is still open. it was like having a new trade window

might want to make sure you didn't accidentally hit trade and give them your items?

Hmm, ok, seems odd, couldn't replicate it no matter what I tried, only thing different being what items were in trade and what pet was used.

meh i dunno. maybe i was just one of the players who has the worst luck. anwy +9 physical set was returned now. just waiting for my other items coz i think the GMs missed those.
