Since the 5th of May (or thereabouts), i can no longer sell, trade or drop just about anything, except the drops from monsters.

Yet, I see shops in Junon selling the exact things I can no longer sell.

Scrolls, spin, premium, teleportation, life insurance, etc etc.

 

I had a read of the patch notes to see if this was deliberate, and there was nothing there, then I went to Jonon, and lo and behold, there are shops selling the same stuff.

 

Also, I keep getting premium coins for my daily gifts.. The NPC near Mildum appears to still be on vacation (as one post here put it). Is there a way to redeem these coins?

Right now all Item Mall items are account locked. Here are the patch notes on that.  The patch went in on the evening of May 4th and the restriction on things like life insurance will be removed after May 25th.

If you are trying to trade or drop IM items, the current restriction is the reason you can't.

 

As for premium coins-  all you can do is stick the coins in storage once you have 3k premium points until we can use them again. I have about 100 premium coins on my three toons that are always on premium so you are not alone in that   Ay least they only take up one space in your storage.

Ok, the last patch notes I saw was 657. I must have been looking in the wrong place. That would explain it.
