actually there's a poor man Cylinder coming up in the next few weeks, which reduces cast time to 0, but without the added damage of Cylinder, so might want to take that into consideration before buying

I have a question: Will this Double Attack crit update also affect the eternal chain skill from rebel?. I know that it "borrows" its ability from chain action, but I'm still not sure if it will work with this skill .

 

I'd love to see RIFLES in action.
