Devil's hand description is mixed up.
This hat's effects have 2 separated parts.
Effects based on certain refine rate and effects based on maximum level of certain skill.

it wont add that much, cause Lion Howl in iRO is melee , but the 100% def pierce and 50% damage to boss are so good ,

 

basically it frees your accessory slot, you can wear 2 Megs instead of PDM and still having 100% def pierce

So the verus core is an upgraded bako? 5% to all elements + GS card should surpass +7% atk (or was it actually all sizes in the script i dont remember)

Yes, but in other server like jRO, LH is ranged, probably kRO ranged as well

 

so the damage is strong, there are a lot of videos where jro Suras can even solo ET with only one button 

just spamming LH 15x15 AoE

Still not as broken as -_- in iRO ... kRO mechanisms with jRO gears ... the best of the two

While this item allows Sorcs/ABs to auto spell Meteor Storm  I hope we really do get that SC improvement patch to make the class a unique kind of auto-speller, because right now Spell-fist Sorcs and Crit ABs together with Auto-spell SCs are pretty much the same now(no hate here just I want something different).

they are planning to give us Geneticist Improvement Patch next month, this is what Mr. Camp said on some thread.

 

but the first one to get an update is  DA crit, Mado then Rune Improvement, then Gene and SC.

 

does it mean, they are going to skip those for Gene update ?

Fluffy angel Cape and heart earmuffs are bugged fluffy is lower and heart earmuffs are mid and both go upper.
