The raid bosses? Yeah some are. It also depends on what you mean by solo. I know a guy on Hammerine server who can solo Vox on his defiler with a little help from his healer on his laptop. Darkest is pretty OP

Yeah, pretty much all of them except ET i guess
And if u dont dual log then elem is best at soloing them
