Can't buy WP

my brother try to buy WP in this month but always receive money back
we really sure that our account not from EU

How can we check all of our accounts is it on the list of EU or not?

Are they encountering any error message on Power UP page or when making a purchase?

It shows the error code 11611

last two month it has no problem with paypal or credit card
but for this month my brother cant pay

For that error code please instruct your brother to contact WP Payment Support department. Ensure that a valid email is used so the staff can contact the user on the issue properly.

im having the same problem. it says, "Declined by Fraud Service:11611-Transaction blocked by your settings in FMF." i have been using the card since 2016 and this is the first time i encountered the problem. my vip expired few days ago and just got the time to play tonight. the word Fraud scares me... please kindly advice

I got the solution from my friend
still dont know to solve the problem but can use the same credit card pay through Xsolla
