I can't find a thread for the Overseas Care Package XVIII Bug Reporting so I hope this thread will reach the staff's attention. The descriptions of the Devil's Hand says "Reduces the fixed casting time of skills by 50%". However, it does not seem to be reducing my Zen cast time at all. I made a side-by-side video comparison for your review. As you can see in the video the Zen cast time is pretty much the same with or without the Devil's Hand. Can we please get this fixed?

Not bugged, FCT% doesn't stack and +9 Glorious Fist is 50% FCT reduction.

Oh didn't know that FCT doesn't stack. The game's mechanics can be confusing at times.

If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Reduces the variable casting time of Guillotine Fist by 100%.
Adds a 100% chance of casting Level 1 Zen on the user when using Fury.

So this^ should be changed to

If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Reduces the fixed casting time of Guillotine Fist by 50%.
Adds a 100% chance of casting Level 1 Zen on the user when using Fury.

Is this correct? And is there any other corrections needed on the desc?

It used to remove FCT and VCT of Guillotine Fist entirely similar to what Bellum Claw does now, then got hit by Heimdallr's nerf stick and now it's just general FCT reduction. Idk if it still reduces Guillotine Fist's VCT or not though.

Devil's Hand FCT reduction doesn't seem to be working (or at least doesn't when equipped with Valkyrie Drop). When I first obtained my +10 DH, I had instacast zen. When I changed map, this FCT reduction seems to have been removed. Can you ask someone to check the script of either items? :/

FCT don't stack. Someone above mentioned that even if you wear a -50% FCT item + another -50% gear + Fenrir Card, you will get the max possible FCT which is 70% from Fenrir. I wish FCT would stack though.

Hmm.

 

Interesting. Never knew FCT reducs behaves differently with VCT reducs.

So FCT can only be eliminated completely with flat -sec reduction.

 

I swear I had instacast Zen when I first equipped my DH tho.
