Personally speaking, it would be rather difficult to moderate with no access to in-game and that is to follow up on reported issues, and no, going around the Terms of Service is against the rules.

Our previous version of CinnaMod 2.0 has encountered an error and we were forced to upgrade to version 3.0. This one had been infected by the Mango Virus and is not quite recovered.

I only do what I have to do on forums level, as the staff have their own work to do. Please ease that kind of language "-_-ty work", it is quite disrespectful, especially to us the volunteers.

Still Think if any volunteers is affected, would be nice to know! So the community could say goodbye for all your work that you have done for us!
