I don't get why this community find it so hard to apologize. Just apologize god damn it. The European players have the right to be angry. They loss the two most important things in their lives --their hobby and friends. Characters and items can be earned again, but friends and memories cannot.

On behalf of the community, I am sorry for all this mess. This community for what it is will not be the same without you EU players. Each and everyone of you make this game more colorful or shall I say colourful. I bid you all farewell and wish you the best in real life and in your future MMO adventures.
