I would like get some clarification in here.... I was looking at the enchants for Staffs and Rods of the vicious weapons (enchant group 1) and I am still confused... as when the staff/rod has a enchant for casting time normally says "Casting time +x%"... I asked while ago if this really meant that it was increasing the casting time or reducing it (as I found odd that an enchants was giving negative effects rather than positive effects) and I was told that it was increasing it.
I went to the iro wiki page to check if these enchants were listed there in the casting time section as the should say how they affect the casting time and I couldn't find them there https://irowiki.org/...kills#Cast_Time is this effect even working? and if it working, how its working? decreasing or increasing? I went to the description of the same page (iro wiki) of the enchants and I found that it says that decreases it nor increases it as I was told "Casting time -X" (slot 3) https://irowiki.org/...Weapon_Enchants . Can somebody help me with this question?
