Now it's,

100%(Normal Rate)+50%(if VIP)+100%(ServerMod)+200%(HE Gums)=Floored 450% 

 

After its gonna be.

200%(Normal Rate on that item only)+50%(if VIP)+0%(ServerMod)+200%(HE Gums)=Floored 450%

 

Isn't it the same thing?

So it's like the report from new world quest.

 

It still amazes me how things such as those have different loot mechanics applied which should've been unilateral to that of the server.

 

The kicker is no game official bothered to state it first hand.
