So you're saying we need refining method similar to "cracked buckler" event refining methods, but with safety measures upon failing and ability to input refining level target where the refine should stops ?

By the way this stupid refinement needs a serious upgrade.

Something like :

"Input how many attempts you would like to do"
"Input the refinement it should stop at"

Then do them all in one shot and return results. Ridiculously tedious.

I need this on sky fortress runs where you can just click the npc then at the end of the dialogue, it will give your rewards or no rewards lmao

I refined my revolver at +13 and compared with +10 Dark rose... didn't see significant changes in damage  (as reported for increase in ranged damage somewhere in the forum)... so stopped trying...

My first one took around 300 but was the opposite of that.

 

It hit +14 at least 10 times, what a tease.

Probably early 2000s but I have heard 3000-5000

Of course sometimes 50 ores

Just know average is 890 and there is a chance of much lower or much higher

I was going to leave my Old Midas at +12, I promise myself not to touch it anymore. Then I was looking in my inventory, saw one last HD cranium, I was like nah i'm not touching it. In the end, I was touching it and boom +13. (heart stop for a moment) Last time I F up trying to go for +14, this time I've learnt my lesson. I will take that extra 4 atk and leave it at that thank you.

That 4 atk is nothing compared to 15% additional dmg of cc +1% long range atks when upgraded to +14. +13 is purely cosmetic. Just like the saying “better +14 it than nothing” lmao.

Don't tempt me dude gosh. I'm not doing it, last time i did it and I f up. It +13 or nothing, take it or leave. I don't want to spend another 100-300 HD or more just to get it back to +13 again no thank you.

dude boyeteers is right...better try to +14 it...15% CC damage is significant

worst case is back to +12 and you lose 4 ATK which is negligible

If I had a +15 old Midas I would totally try to +16 it

691 HD Carnium to make a +14 Skinny Cloak of Survival, not bad at all. With 890 HD Carnium I managed to make two +14 armors, on average you make one, so I am grateful.

What the hell was that, that was so smooth. Why does that never happen to me or to most of us here lol. You're already really rich, that's so unfair dude. Meanwhile, I need to take about 2 hours to think if I should buy another 700m box then failed to +10. I was praying that I would get anything to +13 within 100 HD. That would be like a blessing to me lol let alone +14 and you're talking about +15 man get the ... out of here lol. Congrats though on your +15, now you need to +16 it lol.
