Login Timeout - NOT EU Player

Why after May 25th MT, my 2nd ID can't login? I sent some items there and it's quite expensive item (through mail). If in 1 month it's not fixed, I will lost all my items. I'm not EU player and I'm not using steam nor any VPN. Sending ticket since then no help, already did, TWICE and both with additional asking reply about the progress, still no reply at all. PM though message FB also got no reply.

Fairly certain log-in timeout is not related to EU. I'll have to wait for the EU VCRs to confirm but that one has a separate error message if I'm not mistaken. This is something that happens on the test server quite frequently and the test server patch was accidentally mixed into the live server patch two maintenances ago. 

All you need to do is continue entering your password until you get in. This can range anywhere from 1 attempt to more than a dozen. Please keep trying and let us know how it turns out.


Edit: So they changed the error message since day 1 and my info is off now. The above probably won't work. Best you can hope for is to be patient and give the GMs time to go through all the data and nail down the issue.

Hmm ... although it's might not working, I will try it. And yes, I will wait for GM's response. I'm just afraid of the items that mailed before, expired before it's fixed and I lost all my items. If this happened, who will compensate? Because as far as I remember, GM always and always ask for proof (valid screen shot), which 100% I doubt anyone (including me) would be prepared for this situation. Heck If I knew this would be happened, I wouldn't even mail it there.

 

EDIT : been trying like half hours *force login* still not works :D
