Hi,
I'm new. Got couple question needs clarify.

1. Does CE proc before p.dodge?
2. Does CE proc only once for the duration of the skill?
3. Can CE damage leech hp/sp?

I can help you test with 100% perfect dodge gears if you have sura with CE.

 

I'm too lazy doing skills resets on my suras and re-allocate the points, you can also try in iRO sakray server if its status is open

 

You can make your character to max level and job level in sakray instantly, and I think there are some available Free OCP gears in Sakray to attain 100% perfect dodge
