also returning player here, what is uniform cooldown?

 

all quest reset at like 12am~3am regardless of the time you did them instead of a normal  23~24 hr cooldown for dailies weekly quest stay weekly but reset 12am ~3am and same for 3 day quest

i guess. I don't know enough to decide if my +12 HWHB [stamina] is better or not with the skill delay factored in. Especially with the Love Piece 10% fixed cast reduction now. gotta see what some veteran RKs and/or people smarter than me think first lol

but the headgear itself at +12 gives 17% Cast delay reduction + the 10% reduction casting time and reduction of SP cost of skills 22%

Exactly. The item is good but, it shouldn't have the same price/utility value as abbyss dress. You need to sacrifice the shoes slot and for some classes, this is a difficult choice to make.

This is good because that tierra gloria quest window is still bugged

And it does not have same cooldown with other dailies (others have 16hrs cooldown i think, tierra has 23 or so)
