Just hit level 100. Have 99 int but sp usage seems really high. Just cycling through pw and dd. Is this normal?

First of all you are a friggin sorc.. mana is not a problem. You have this amazing skill called Indulge.
A Lvl 99 Trans Sorc with 99 int has a total SP of 2250 without any equipments. PW and DD at max level has a mana cost of 78 and 74 respectively.
If I am not wrong the answer you're looking for is this:
"Mana Faucet" aka Energy Coat is the culprit for the mana that you are losing.
