First, I want to say english is not my first language and I am sorry if I made a few grammatical errors. Right before I was about to fight the final boss at OGH, I just received this message : " A system error has occurred in the Memorial Dungeon. Please relog in the game to continue playing.
After I have received that message, I cant enter any other instance because the memorial dungeon(OGH) is still on progress even an hour has already passed by. It seems that cooldown period is bugged . I was going to make a report to the gm but the support page is undergoing maintenance 
Has anyone ever experienced this?
