Hey guys, maybe somebody can help me. I'm testing one +9 Sea Captain Hat (-1 Second of Cooldown in Axe Boomerang) + 1 Supplement Part Dex (-2 Second of Cooldown in Axe Boomerang), apparently, I have a total reduction of cooldown in the skill, so all OK.

But when I use only 2 accessorys ( 2 Supplement Part Dex ) without the headgear, I have not a complete cooldown reduction in the skill, my question is Why?, Sea Captain Hat + Supplement Part Dex = -3 Second of Cooldown, 2 Supplement Part Dex = -4 Seconds of Cooldown, I don't understand why 2 accessorys don't stack, if it's supposed that this effect is not part of the Supplement Set.

Btw, the damage increase of Axe Tornado & Axe Boomerang in Sea Captain Hat now works, thanks.

I just tested Devil's Hand as well.  -50% FCT is not applied to any of the skills anymore.  

 

Wasn't this effect supposed to be changed in October, not now?

Can someone please confirm? Is the Dead Man Bandana working now as intended? (Variable&Fix Cast reductions)
And is the "MATK Bonus" supposed to be showed in the Status Window(it's not showing)?
